Ingredients
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 egg
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch of salt
The process
Melt the chocolate and butter.
Mix the egg and brown sugar.
Add in melted chocolate the mixture of egg with sugar.
Add the flour, cacao powder, pinch of salt and baking soda.
Rest for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Bake 12 min 180*C
